Rpmwest reserves the right to deny any returns or exchanges. We will inspect all items when received and update your return we will update your profile. You are able to check the status by logging in at anytime. We are not responsible for any items that are lost in shipping. Please keep your tracking information for your records. Once packages are received we will add a status update to your profile. You will not always receive an update via e-mail. It is the responsibility of the customer to track progress and let us know if you have any questions. Shipping will be invoiced to client once package is ready to be shipped. If the invoice is not paid in 14 calendar days rpmwest will deem the return abandoned and we are not responsible to fulfill the request. If rpmwest receives a package past the 15 days allowed time to make returns we reserve the right to deny your return. It will be the customer's responsibility to pay for the return shipping. Customer must provide the original purchaser's name, order number and or rma number for processing in/on all packages. In the event that we receive a package that does not have the customer's name, order,  or rma # in/on the box or on the box it is not rpmwest responsibility to investigate. We will hold all unmarked packages/ item for 5 business days then deem it abandoned. If a item was purchased under another name (i.E. Gift, spouse's name) you must also note the name or original order number for processing. If item is shipped and tracking states ''delivered" we are not held responsible. It is up to the customer to reclaim or file a claim with the shipper.


Returns and exchanges must be received in new and unworn condition. Returns will not be accepted that have been altered in anyway, including but not limited to hemming, alterations, and washing.


We are responsible for seam repairs, button or rivet replacement, and any zipper malfunction. We are not responsible for heat, water damage, fabric snagging or fading, and or stains. If you have any question or would like further explanation please contact our customer service team at


If you are sending back an item under warranty terms we will inspect the item in processing to make sure it fits under the warranty terms. If result that the item does not fit under the terms we will make a note on your account. Under warranty we will repair or replace the item with exact/similar item. In the event the item is out of stock we may provide with you another color or store credit to purchase item when it is in stock or purchase another item. We will not refund the item purchase.
