Allow 7-10 business days upon receipt for your refund to be processed.
To make an exchange, follow the same steps above, but mark the box on the form for exchange. Please note that products must be in new and unwashed condition – if they’ve been hemmed or otherwise altered, they’re not eligible for exchange. All exchanges are sent via USPS in 7-10 days, but if you need your new product sooner, just let us know. If for some reason we don’t have the item you’re looking for, we’ll let you know via email.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide our international customers with a prepaid return label for an exchange.
If you’re located in the U.S. and would like a prepaid return label, shoot us an email at email@example.com. We may charge a shipping and handling fee of $8.95 depending on the situation.
Requests for exchanges or store credit can be made up to 60 days after the original purchase and full refunds are available for 30 days after shipping. We don’t refund shipping costs, though, except if there’s a product defect or shipping error.
