Since you’re buying RPMWEST denim wholesale, you don’t have to pay the unreasonably high markup typically imposed by retail stores.
What denim do you use for your jeans?
We use a 13.5oz Japanese selvedge denim featuring a red-line selvedge ID.
What makes selvedge denim so special?
"Selvedge" is a term reserved for denim made on older, slower shuttle looms. Since these machines yield a much narrower piece of fabric than their modern counterparts, selvedge jeans are joined at the outseam by tight, finished edges. This edge, the "self edge," is where the term "selvedge" is derived.
How do your jeans compare to other brands?
Our jeans hold their own against far more expensive brands. Not only do we use Japanese selvedge denim--the best in the business--but the final product is cut and sewn in America. The magic of wholesale distribution is that we can offer premium quality at an affordable price. Comparable brands are Levis Made & Crafted, RRL, APC & Nudie Jeans.
How many styles of jeans do you offer?
Two. The New Classic and the Slim Straight.
What sizes do you offer?
What are the inseams of the jeans?
Size 28-31 = Inseam 32. Size 32-44 = Inseam 34
Do you only offer button fly jeans?
Yes, for now. We build these jeans to last, and the button fly is more reliable for long-term use.
Do you offer women’s jeans?
We currently don’t offer a cut tailored specifically for women, but both the New Classic or the Slim Straight could work if sized appropriately. This is where the Home Try-On Program really shines.
How does the Home Try-On Program work?
Our Home Try-On Program guarantees a perfect fit. Whether you choose the New Classic or the Slim Straight, every order includes three sizes of your choice. Keep the pair that fits and send back the two that don't, free of charge. Every package from RPMWEST includes all of the necessary materials, including postage, so just leave the box at your front door. We'll handle the rest.
Do you offer the Home Try-On globally?
We currently only offer the Home Try-On Program in the continental US. All international customers will receive a single jean.
How much do I have to pay for shipping?
We require a $9 shipping fee for both domestic and international orders.
What shipping provider do you use?
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we even ship Fedex Priority (2 business days) at no extra charge.
Will I have to pay taxes?
Not for domestic purchases, but international orders will be subject to import taxes/value added taxes depending on the country. More information can be found at http://www.uscib.org/?documentID=1676
When are the jeans shipping?
This depends on when the customer backed the project, but the first batch is expected to go out by the end of Spring.
What’s your return policy?
We always accept returns for damaged goods or incorrect orders and are happy to send you additional pairs in case your order did not fit.
